One of the most important parts in the movement/engine is the mainspring. Our expert watchmaker examines it very carefully. The mainspring is the heartbeat of your watch and has to be virtually perfect. 

It's not surprising the mainspring may have been in your watch several years. After all, the mainspring is the engine of your watch. Coiling and uncoiling minute by minute, hour after hour and day after day. 

When there is an issue with the mainspring, your watch will not run to factory specifications.

Client’s often say, “This watch is not running like it used to.” Rolex watches use four different lubricants in the movement. When the lubricants breakdown the microscopic gears and jewels will not function properly. Can you imagine driving your car without changing the oil?

In order to have excellent timing on your High Grade watch, service is absolutely necessary. High grade watches are designed to last generations. Taken care of properly, watches typically increase in value.
